For all Reset & Relief Balance appointments, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. - 24 hours or more notice: Your appointment may be rescheduled to another available time or refunded in full. - Less than 24 hours’ notice: Appointments are generally not refundable.
