Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and I genuinely understand that. If an emergency or exceptional circumstance arises, please reach out as soon as you can. While this policy provides a clear framework, I believe compassion is just as important as boundaries, and I'll always do my best to work with you, and provide options for alternative appointment times where possible, subject to availability and mutual agreement. For all Reset & Relief Balance appointments, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. - 24 hours or more notice: Your appointment may be rescheduled to another available time or refunded in full. - Less than 24 hours’ notice: Appointments are generally not refundable.
