Using the property's Akashic Records, I investigate the energetic history of your home and land to identify the underlying causes of energetic disturbances, including lingering imprints, attachments, spirit activity, energetic drains, portals, and other influences affecting the property's energy. Before we meet, I complete the investigation and prepare any required clearances within the property's Akashic Records. During your 45-minute session, I'll explain what was discovered, share the property's story, activate the prepared clearances with your acknowledgement and permission, establish energetic protection boundaries, and provide guidance to help maintain your home's energetic balance. The intention isn't simply to remove unwanted energy; it's to restore your home so it resonates with you and your family, creating a space that feels lighter, calmer, more supportive, and aligned with the life you're building within it. Why use the Akashic Records? There are many wonderful ways to cleanse the energy of a home, including smoke cleansing, sound healing, crystals, intention setting, and regular physical cleaning. These practices are effective for ongoing energetic care. An Akashic House & Land Reading goes a step further by investigating the property's energetic history to uncover the source of recurring disturbances or imbalances. By identifying where energetic imprints originated, I can clear them at their source, transition earthbound spirits where appropriate, establish energetic protections, and recalibrate the property so it naturally resonates with the people who call it home. Remote & In-Person Options House and land clearings are available remotely worldwide through a 45-minute online or phone session. For those who prefer a hands-on approach, in-person clearings are available throughout the Wide Bay Region, with limited appointments in Brisbane, Ipswich, and Toowoomba. As every property is unique, in-person services are individually quoted following an obligation-free 15-minute chat to discuss your concerns, location, and requirements.

Life happens, and I genuinely understand that. If an emergency or exceptional circumstance arises, please reach out as soon as you can. While this policy provides a clear framework, I believe compassion is just as important as boundaries, and I'll always do my best to work with you, and provide options for alternative appointment times where possible, subject to availability and mutual agreement. Thank you for respecting both my time and energy. Akashic Readings are unique because preparation begins well before our scheduled session. Time and energy are dedicated to connecting with your records and preparing your reading in advance. For this reason, refunds are based on the amount of preparation already completed for each service. For Akashic Readings: - More than 72 hours notice: Your appointment may be rescheduled to another available time or refunded in full. - 24–72 hours notice: Refund of up to 60% of the service price. - Less than 24 hours notice: Appointments are non-refundable. Please note this does not apply to Advanced Akashic Readings.
